What is a Team?

A Team is a group of users working together to accomplish tasks.  A Team is used for the assignment of tasks.

The kinops system comes with 8 teams defined initially:

  • Administrators: Meant to be used for administrators of kinops
  • Default: Used if intended assignment fails for some reason
  • One for each Category provided:
    • Facilities
    • Finance
    • HR
    • Legal
    • IT
    • Marketing

You can add users to these teams, or create new teams. If you create new teams, you will want to adjust task assignments for Services.
