What Does No Fulfillment Steps Mean?

What does it mean when you look up or drill down into a record in submission support and you see “There are no fulfillment steps” under the Fulfillment Process? Well, it means that that particular item (usually a task or approval) was just opened and closed. It may be the fulfillment step for another process, but it did not involve any additional steps to complete it. In fact, the only time you are likely to see a fulfillment process within a fulfillment task or approval is if there were additional adhoc items created for that task/approval.
