How Update the Submission Label for a Form

The submission label is used to identify the submissions to the individuals working with the submissions. They are listed in My Requests for Services and in Queue for Queue Tasks.

Prerequisites

In order to modify a Form in the CE interface, you must have the permission of “Space Admin” on your user record.

Steps

  1. Go to the Admin Console for your kinops Space.

  2. Select “Management” from the Admin Console.

  3. Select the kapp you wish to update a form for by clicking on the kapp name.

  4. Select the form to that you wish to modify the label for by clicking the cog icon for that form.

  5. Click Edit Form.

  6. This will take you to the builder. You can click the arrow in the upper left.

  7. This will take you to that form’s primary settings. Select General.

  8. You can then update the submission label with text and any variables offered in the variables menu.

  9. Be sure to click Save Form once your updates are complete.
