When workflow options, such as approval type, assignment routine, or days due, aren’t set at the service or kapp levels, the system falls back to the space settings.
In order to update the space settings, you must have the permission of “Space Admin” on your user record.
- Go to the Admin Console
- Select Management
- Select Configure Space
- Select Workflow Options.
- Be sure to click “Update Workflow Options” once you have updated the fields/defaults you want to update.
